Jet supplies to afghanistan fall

Nato forces in Afghanistan are due to cut jet fuel imports by 60pc this month from May, traders say. The Baltic ports of Riga, Ventspils and Tallinn unloaded 80,000t of A1 jet fuel bound for central Asia in May and 150,000t in April, but nothing on 1-19 June because of the bans on railcar shipments through border crossings. Belarus, Turkmenistan and Russia also supply Afghanistan with the product.
