Transneft reshuffle

Transneft first vice-president Mikhail Arustamov, who played a major role in allocating pipeline export capacity has stepped down to become an adviser to the company's president Nikolai Tokarev. Arustamov will concentrate on key projects and reduce his involvement in formal administrative procedures, spokesman Igor Demin says. He may relinquish his seat on the board.
