French-German sales JV set up

German Stadtwerke Wuppertal and France's GDF Suez have created a joint energy sales company called WSW 3/4/5, which began operating on 1 August. The subsidiary is supplying small and medium-sized businesses with power and gas, as well as energy management services in North Rhine-Westphalia. WSW 3/4/5 will also supply customers outside of the Wuppertal area, where its headquarters are based.
