CHS and CF in strategic link up

CF Industries and CHS have announced a strategic partnership that will see CHS buy a minority equity position in CF Industries Nitrogen in exchange for a supply agreement and profit share. CHS, which is the largest farmer-owned co-operative in the US, will pay $2.8bn for an undisclosed share of the equity in the wholly owned CF subsidiary.
