Explosive Trace Detector Limits of Detection

A new ASTM International standard will be used to quantitatively test the ability of a trace detector to reliably sense and identify very small amounts of explosives. E2677, Test Method for Determining Limits of Detection in Explosive Trace Detectors, was developed by Subcommittee E54.01 on CBRNE Sensors and Detectors, part of ASTM International Committee E54 on Homeland Security Applications.
