Haseeb gas strike

HYCARBEX-AMERICAN ENERGY has made a significant discovery in Pakistan with the Haseeb No 1 well in the Yasin block (2768-7),six miles from Shikapur in Sindh Province,based upon a number of preliminary tests and evaluation.Drilled to a TD of 4944ft,a drill stem test indicated a production rate from the Sui Main Limestone equivalent to approximately 7.3mmcf/d of gas,with preliminary reserve estimates of 100-150bcf.
