Dow chemical is evaluating the possibility of setting up an integrated world scale polyurethane (PU) project in Singapore in five years, senior Dow officials told ACN. This does not however, mean Dow is not looking at other destinations in Asia, a Dow official emphasised. 'But Singapore is a strong contender as the government is offering attractive incentives,' the official said.
