India may form new body to tackle antidumping

A COMMITTEE appointed by the Indian government has recommended the creation of a single and autonomous orgnaisation to handle antidumping cases in the country. The recommendation, if implemented by the government in the 2003-04 budget to be presented to parliament on 28 February, would benefit the chemical trade most as the largest number of cases are in this sector.
