Arkema to up presence in Asia

IN THE foreseeable future,Asia will be a high-priority market and investment destination for Arkema,the new Euro5.2bn (USus6.34bn) chemicals company which will become an independent entity next year,when it is spun off from energy group Total.But the company,which is still re-inventing itself,hopes to increase that contribution for 2010,said Dominique Namer,president of Arkema China.
