FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely traumatic surgery traumatic surgery and orthopaedics. The cut is to be performed along the palm surface of the prepollexes area along the skin flap projection. The bone parts of the prepollexes shall be singled out and removed thus forming the fasciocutaneous flap. The skin flap shall be cut in the bend of elbow area by a lengthwise section thus providing for optimum changing oа the forearm's position from its bent state. The soft tissue deficit in the bend of elbow area shall be compensated for by the obtained fasciocutaneous flap.;EFFECT: creating an upper extremity suitable for prosthesis and allowing of the patient's independent living skills.;5 dwg
