Siam C to decide on C2 at year-end

SIAM Cement will decide on its next phase of investment at the end of this year,according to a source close to the company.The company had been mulling a naphtha-based cracker project in Mab Ta Phut,Thailand,but no decision has been made (ACN 16 February 2004).
