Product exports through Russia’s Black Sea ports of Tuapse and Kavkaz could be lower than expected in August after storms earlier this month. At Kavkaz, crude and product loadings at berth 8 have to stop when berth 7 is in use. And this month’s storms meant that berth 7 was occupied for longer than usual.
