Shandong refiners find new uses for Venezuela's Orimulsion

China is increasing imports of Orimulsion,Venezuela's bitumen-based fuel oil substitute.But it is using Orimulsion as a cheap refinery feedstock rather than as boiler fuel.The Venezuelan government officially suspended state-owned PdV's Orimulsion business three years ago,but China has tacit approval to refine the fuel.President Hugo Chavez wants to build relations with China and expand the market for Venezuelan oil.
