Enel reportedly in deal to buy Orimulsion from Venezuela's Bitor

Enel is reportedly engaged in discussions with Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA over a joint project to build a third Orimulsion plant in Venezuela.Bitor is the marketing arm for PDVSA's Orimulsion product, a roughly 70 percent bitumen-30 percent water mix burned in boilers to make electricity. Under the agreement, Bitor would supply Enel with 3-million mt/ yr of Orimulsion to fuel Enel's generating units.
