Should Opec cut output when it meets in Vienna next week?Prices have fallen from last month's peaks, and sour crudes such as those produced by many Opec members are especially weak.At current output, global stocks will rise by 500,000 b/d in the next two quarters and by 1.4mn b/d in 2005,Argus projects. Most of the build will be fuel oil and heavy sour crude, because refiners'upgrading capacity is fully loaded.Too much of the wrong sort of oil is around. This seems to be a perfect reason for Opec to trim output of heavy sour crude.
