Differentials against dated BFO for sweet west African irefin-of 10-15/bl in the premiums of light sweet Nigerian Qua Iboe to dated BFO.An overhang of September-toadiag medium sweet cargoes from Angola and Equatorial Guinea Urals in northwest Europe was offered at tower levels against dated BFO because of refinery maintenance,weak refining margins and a lack of arbitrage outlets.
