Libyan crude makes a comeback

Libya exported two 600,000 bl cargoes from Ras Lanuf - one to Italy, one to Spain - for the frst time in two years after force majeure was lifted. State- owned NOC issued a tender to sell 1mn bl of mixed light sweet Bu Attifel and Zue- itina loading from the Zueitina site in early October. The Zueitina terminal began cross-Libya deliveries again in August, after being under force majeure since November 2015. But the terminal has yet to export a cargo.
