Transport constraints limit export growth

Crude export growth from the former Soviet Union (FSU) is slowing dramatically this year,largely as a result of transport constraints and export taxes.Exports of FSU crude will be 5.5mn b/d this year,Argus forecasts.This is a rise of 4pc from 2004,down from a 15pc surge to 5.3mn b/d last year compared with 2003.
