Libyan crude output has fallen to just over 350,000 b/d from 800,000 b/d at the start of December. State-run oil frm NOC declared force majeure at the Ras Lanuf and Es Sider export terminals - which have a combined export capacity of 550,000 b/d - because of spreading unrest at the ports. NOC also shut in all the felds that feed the terminals. The 280,000 b/d El Sharara feld - whose crude loads at the 120,000 b/d Zawia terminal - remains shut.
