TLEA, a joint venture between Tianqi Lithium Corporation (51) and IGO (49), owns a 51 stake in Greenbushes, the world's largest hard rock lithium mine, and 100 of the Kwinana lithium refinery. TLEA has offered 50c per share cash to acquire Essential, representing a 44.9 premium to Friday's closing price.
