New mining financier seeking funds

The Melbourne-based company was formed in December and lodged a prospectus just before Christmas for an offer of up to 20 million non-voting B-class shares at $1 per share. Foxi Invest has been appointed as lead manager. MEL will use the funds to invest in mining projects. Approved projects will be invested in by the company in the form of interestbearing loans or equity investments.
