Russian medium sour Urals plunged in northwest Europe at the beginning of the week to a discount of more than us5/bl to dated BFO,on the back of a slump in refining margins and a backlog of prompt unsold cargoes.And Urals in the Mediterranean fell sharply,as poorer refining margins choked demand.
