Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited II (RasGas II)and FPL Group Resources LLC,a subsidiary of FPL Group Inc.of the U.S.,have signed an "exclusive"heads of agreement (HOA) providing for RasGas II to deliver LNG to a reception and regasification terminal that FPL Group is planning to build at South Reding Point in the Bahamas.
