Canada approves Isagro's microbial ais and end-use product

The Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency(PMRA)has granted registration to US agrochemical company Gowan's Italian subsidiary,Isagro's,microbial active ingredients,Trichoderma asperellum strain ICC 012 and Trichoderma gamsii strain ICC 080,alongside an end-use biofungicide,Foretryx.The ais are intended for the control of certain fungal diseases affecting crops such as field and greenhouse fruiting vegetables,squashes,lettuces,field and greenhouse strawberries,greenhouse ornamentals,and indoor grown commercial cannabis.
