During a visit to Seoul to attend the first meeting in South Korea of the board of directors of the Korean refining company S-Oil, which is 35% owned by Saudi Aramco, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi national oil company, Mr. Khalid al-Falih, announced plans for investing $125 billion over the next five years in projects at home and abroad.
