Abu Dhabi Has Started Pumping Crude Through the Habshan-Fujairah Pipeline

The Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline (ADNOC), which links the Habshan oil complex in Abu Dhabi to a terminal in the emirate of Fujairah, located on the coast beyond the Straits of Hormuz, was brought partially into operation on 21 June, when crude started to arrive in Fujairah. The first cargo was expected to be loaded onto a tanker around 1 July, a UAE economist, Mr. Numan Ashour, told Gulf News.
