While many media had been talking for several months about the possible creation of an "OPEC for Gas",if not of a "gas cartel",the Gas Exporting Countries' Forum (GECF) that has just ended in Doha,Qatar,produced infinitely more modest results,and the outcome is far less worrying for consuming countries at a practical level.
