Two Exploration Contracts Signed with Repsol YPF and One with Energem Resources

As AOGM reported in its edition of 16 July,Repsol YPF has signed exploration contracts with the Mauritanian authorities for two onshore tracts located in the Taoudeni basin,Blocks 9 and 10.A spokesman for the Spanish company in Madrid said they covered a total area of about 60,000 sq km and that they were located between the blocks operated by Total to the north and by China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC)to the south.
