Chinese import prices dip in thin trade

Prices of NAR 5,500kcal/g and NAR 6,000kcal/kg coal delivered to south China dipped by $0.11/t to $83.06/t and by $1.03/t to $92.24/t respectively as trade remained thin despite a flurry of enquiries. A Capesize cargo of South African RB3 material with a heating value of about NAR 5,500kcal/kg was sold to a Chinese trader on an API 8-linked basis for delivery within the next 90 days.
