In an exclusive interview, China Shipping Container Lines president Li Ke Lin talked to Neil Dekker about the company's expansion plans and the state of the shipping market. The industry has watched with great interest China Shipping Container Lines' (CSCL) exponential growth over the last nine years. With only 15 vessels in its fleet in 1997, by early November 2005, this had increased rather rapidly to 141 owned or chartered ships. Furthermore, it is surely the youngest fleet among the world's top 10 ocean carriers.
