The UK's Department of Energy and Climate Change (Decc) plans to begin the pre-qualification process for its second allocation round of contracts-for-difference (CFD) subsidies for low-carbon infrastructure projects during the fourth quarter of this calendar year, energy minister Andrea Leadsom has said. But the government is yet to finalise the entry criteria for the auction round, she said.
