Spain's largest biomass power producer Ence will take legal action against government electricity market reforms if changes to draft legislation are not forthcoming,it said.The proposed government changes to electricity tariffs will strip the company's power and combined heat and power division of profitability,Ence said. “We will start working with our legal advisers and[ac-countancy firm]PwC in preparing our legal actions,in case our appeals are not taken into account by the government,” chief executive Ignacio Colmenares said,following the re-lease of the company's annual results.
