MOL and NYK send out warning shots

In two separate New Year messages, the president of Mitsui OSK Lines, Akimitsu Ashida, and the leading executive of NYK Line, Koji Miyahara, have issued warnings about prospects in 2008. This is despite both companies expecting record profits for their financial years ending March 31, 2008.
