Dysprosium and terbium prices resumed their declines, pressured by a continued slump in consumer demand as the magnet manufacturing industry entered the summer lull season. Most suppliers received limited fresh orders for prompt deliveries, with consumers mostly relying on existing inventories or restocking only on as needed amid expectations of further price falls next month. Suppliers raised praseodymium-neodymium metal prices on the back of firmer oxide feedstock costs and low spot supplies, although buying interest from downstream magnet plants remained low.
