It emerged during the recent Transnet strike that South African company Link Supply Chain Management fixed the Breiz K/ipper (7,535m~3, 16 reeferTEU) for a Cape Town to Europe voyage - this is noteworthy because it marks the first time that any independent South African fruit producer/exporter has chartered a vessel.
