Heska will acquire an unnamed French business in the veterinary endoscopy equipment area.The CCA unit suffered largely due to a 14% drop in sales of its imaging products. The firm said imaging delivered "less-than-expected revenues in December". The company also experienced softness in some non-core legacy product lines across the course of the year.Net income for the quarter was around $3.5m, which was an improvement on the loss of $1.1m this time last year. Heska benefited from the absence of income tax expenses.
