The Azov Sea market picture has not changed much this week. Given the shortage of new offers of wheat, barley, corn and steel scrap, sea-river owners struggle to restrain further rate declines. Owners are supported only by relatively small number of vessels open for Apr dates, as well as by rather regular shipments of coal, steel products and bran.
