JSR to Boost Production Capacity for Advanced Semiconductor Photoresists

JSR Corp. (TYO:4185) has embarked on a capital investment effort with the aim of boosting its Japanese production capacity for photoresists used to form semiconductor circuits. Construction here began earlier this month, and is scheduled to be completed sometime in 2022.
