Andermatt’s microbial ai registered in Canada

The Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has granted registration to Swiss biologicals company Andermatt Biocontrol’s (Grossdietwil) microbial active ingredient, Cydia pomonella granulovirus isolate V-22, and the end-use insecticide, Madex HP. The product is intended for the control of codling moths (C pomonella) and oriental fruit moths (Grapholita molesta) on stone and pome fruits.
