Computer buyers have mixed emotions about Apple. Some will tell you the company's products and tools are an essential part of their productivity. Others wouldn't touch a Mac or an iPhone with a barge-pole. Another group might be curious about the brand but hasn't looked closer, yet. This could be because they fear the brand is too expensive or that a switch would mean too much disruption. There will be cases where both these things are true - yet on the whole, they're not.
