TMK increases welded and cuts seamless pipe sales in Q1

The Russian division of TMK increased welded pipe sales in Q1. However, overall results remained almost unchanged owing to weaker activity in the seamless pipe segment. In general, the company expects demand to stay strong in Russia in 2018.
