Miba creates Executive Committee, plans new corporate strategy

Miba AG, Laakirchen, Austria, has announced it will create an Executive Committee, as it seeks to develop and implement its new corporate strategy, Miba 100, for the period up to the company's 100th anniversary in 2027. The new Executive Committee will serve as the highest operational management body within the company and its members will be current Miba board members F Peter Mitterbauer, Markus Hofer and Martin Liebl; as well as Chris-toph Ederer, who will be responsible for the company's Bearing division following Wolfgang Litzlbauer's departure in July; Bernd Badurek, who will take over responsibility for the company's Sinter division when Harald Neubert retires in February; and Bernhard Reisner, its HR director.
