Infrastructure promises must be kept by Government

Politicians have a nasty habit of dressing-up bad news in a cloak of positive spin. That's certainly the case at the Department for Transport who have been busy in the wake of the Comprehensive Spending Review drip-feeding cuts to a stunned industry. The message they want to convey is that the coalition government wants to invest in infrastructure as a major part of its push for growth.
