Pothole prevention tops conference agenda

Incoming IHE President, Richard Hayes, will chair the conference, with Dana Skelley, Director of Roads at Transport for London outlining the importance to the national economy of the UK's highway network, both the strategic and local road networks maintained by Local Authorities. The conference will tackle the chronic underinvestment in the network, the need for further development and training to address the shortage of experience and knowledge in the sector, and the innovations being introduced. The IHE conference takes place on 29 June 2012 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Durham.
