Lively debate at RSTA annual conference

It is a great honour to be Chairman of the RSTA at this time in its history and ./ when the techniques provided by our members have once again become most important in the highway engineers toolbox. The RSTA have been championing planned preventative maintenance for many years, properly designed and installed, and the focus now on long-term asset valuation and assessed investment, further lends itself to good implementation of processes in authorities plans.
