Specificity-Verified Monoclonal Antibodies

Amsbio has announced the availability of ultraspecific and extensively validated monoclonal antibodies under the UltraMAB~(TM) brand. Screening of candidate antibodies against greater than 10,000 human proteins, using a state-of-the-art High Density Protein Microarray Platform, has resulted in the identification of the most specific monoclonal antibodies (UltraMAB antibodies) available for cancer biomarkers and other important diagnostic targets. Performance and specificity are key pre-requisites for antibodies to be used for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. To ensure the superior performance, every UltraMAB~R monoclonal antibody is validated according to the scientific findings and the medical records of related diseases. Major applications of validation include Western Blot, Immunohistochemical staining with over 25 types of normal and cancer human tissues, Immunocytochemistry / Immunofluorescence, and Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting.
