THE WORLD OIL demand increased by 1.4mn bpd in the first three months of 2016 compared with the same period in 2015, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA) recently. Floating storage on a global basis has jumped 19.5 per cent from Q1 2015 to Q1 2016. This is the challenging backdrop to Tank World Expo.
