OPPORTUNITIES FOR AFRICAN operators to capialise during the oil price slump are being hampered by logistical solutions that are below par. Eliminating supply chain waste, better procurement strategies, and supply chain resilience are needed to improve performance in logistics. Investment in supply chain management can have the knock-on effect of attracting international investment.
