摘要

The micro-pyramid structure exhibits outstanding antireflec- tion, but this structure only focuses on the field of monocrystal- line silicon. Here, the novel TiO2 pyramids were fabricated by soft imprinting. Then, the polyaniline nanoparticles were loaded on the surface of TiO2 pyramids to form biomimetic compound eyes with P/N heterojunction. The composite coat- ings could reduce the reflection of incident light and enhance separation efficiency of photoinduced charges, which were applied to the photocatalytic degradation of organism dye.
