High carbon ferro-manganese and silico-manganese prices have risen as steel mills tried to secure material before freight costs and logistics become too challenging within Europe. All other assessed bulk alloy prices remained unchanged and market participants told Argus they expect consumers to reduce volumes in the coming weeks.
